NAHMA (National Affordable Housing Management Association) and AHMA-NCNH (Affordable Housing Management Association - Northern California, Nevada, and Hawaii) are pleased to announce the 2011 "Drug-Free Kids" Calendar Art Contest.
The theme of this year's contest is "Open Doors with Your Imagination: Explore the Magical World of Books and Reading." Artwork should emphasize the
positive future children can enjoy if they stay drug-free.
All children living in a family community of AHMA-NCNH member companies, residents who live in senior and disabled communities of AHMA-NCNH member companies, and residents who live in permanent supportive housing or 811 communities of AHMA-NCNH member companies are eligible to participate. AHMA-NCNH will award prizes to artists of the top three posters in each category. The top three winners in all categories of the AHMA-NCNH contest will be forwarded to NAHMA to compete for inclusion in the 2012 "Drug-Free Kids" calendar.
Submissions of artwork and the required entry form and the new NAHMA Education Foundation Agreement with Respect to Prize in NAHMA Poster/Calendar Contest are
due to AHMA-NCNH by Friday, May 13, 2011.
