AHMA INDUSTRY RESOURCES / Housing Professionals Online 

SAHMA (Southern Association of Housing Management Agents) and The Compass Group are pleased to announce the new service, Housing Professionals Online (HPO). HPO is a service designed to help affordable housing professionals find answers to questions and to share knowledge with peers.

HPO is an email discussion forum. Initially, we have identified four key topic areas: Fair Housing, Occupancy, Tax Credits, and Mark to Market. HPO members may post questions and answers to the group. We have enlisted several experts who will monitor all posts to ensure the accuracy of information being disseminated.

In addition, you have the option of receiving all messages in real time, or having a digest version of messages sent to you once a day.

When you have a question you want posted to the list, email your question to Answers@HousingOnline.net through your email program. All members will receive a copy of your email. If you have any questions or problems with the list, email sahma@mindspring.com. SAHMA is in charge of administering HPO.

HPO is limited to members only. For AHMA members, the price is $50 a year. Non-members must pay a $75 subscription fee.
