AHMA-NCNH Membership 
 
AHMA offers four categories of membership:
 
  • Owners/Managing Agents own or manage multiple affordable housing properties in Northern California, Nevada and Hawaii. Dues for managing agents are $150 for companies owning or managing 1000 or fewer units and $350 for companies owning or managing more than 1000 units. Owners and Managing Agents are voting members. The membership cycle is January 1, 2007 to December 31, 2007.

  • Self-managed Properties are properties that are their own managing agent. Dues for Self-managed Properties are $150 for properties with less than 150 units or $1.25 per unit for properties with more than 150 units. Self-managed Properties are voting members of AHMA-NCNH. Dues for properties joining AHMA-NCNH are HUD authorized property expenses. The membership cycle is January 1, 2007 to December 31, 2007.

  • Properties are individual affordable housing developments in Northern California, Nevada and Hawaii, dues for properties are $1.25 per unit. Dues for properties joining AHMA-NCNH are HUD authorized property expenses. The membership cycle is January 1, 2007 to December 31, 2007. Properties are non-voting members of AHMA-NCNH.

  • Associate Members are product vendors, manufacturers, professional service providers, and government agencies who work with the affordable housing industry. The dues for associate members are $350 per year. The membership cycle is July 1, 2007 to June 30, 2008. Associate members are non-voting members of AHMA-NCNH.
